This site was built specifically for people who studied at Barker College, Hornsby. Many thousands of men and women have graduated from Barker since it was founded in 1890 and are now scattered to the four corners of the globe.

The main purpose of this site is to be the central point for ex-students for contacts, happenings and news in the wider Barker Community no matter where they are now and to provide an easy way for people to find out what the OBA and College are up to.

Old Barker Association Centenary

The Old Barker Association is 100 years old!!!

The OBA is organising a number of events to celebrate the milestone and you are all invited.

Currently Organised Events & Dates

OBA Centenary Black Tie Dinner- 18th of October 2008. Please see below for more details- buy your tickets on line at the OBA E-store!!!

Other events are still being planned including a Sydney reunion dinner at State Parliament House and the Canberra regional dinner at Old Parliament House in Canberra.

Black Tie Centenary Dinner

The OBA Centenary Black Tie Dinner will be an event not to be missed. It will be held on the 18th of October at the Four Seasons Hotel (formerly the Regent Hotel) on George St in Sydney.

The night will have a theme tracing back the history of the OBA and Barker since 1908 and will also be an opportunity to catch up with friends that you may not have seen for some time (since you left school !!!)
